Make a reservation:
When making a reservation for your selected tour package, simply follow the " book it /  " link, fill out a form properly and submit. Your tour request will be replied to with details by our experienced travel agent in no less than 24 hours.
Quotation & Confirmation:
Our travel agent will quote you with a tour itinerary, but this is not the final confirmation of your China tour. After you confirm the proposal with paying the deposit, our travel agent will make the booking for you. Once all of your bookings are confirmed, you will receive a formal confirmation letter from ChinaKindnessTour.
Deposit:
30-50% of total cost as the deposit is required at the time of confirmation of the reservation.
Balance:
Balance of the total tour fare is due 15 days prior to the departure date. If your payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without notice. If a booking is made within 15 days of the departure date, full payments are due once you confirm the tour.
Change Fee:
Changes made after reservations are confirmed will incur a Change Fee of USD50+ whatever other airline / hotel / cruise line penalties apply.
