Day1 Arrive in Kunming , meet on arrival and drive around the city tour. Welcoming dinner with Yunnan local flavours??crossing Bridge Rice noodles ?? while enjoying minority show .
Day2KUNMING-LIJIANG by morning flight, sightseeing LIJIANG OLD Town, visit Naxi Village, Baisha Murals, admiring the ?? Ten thousand-Blossom-Camellia Tree ??. By cable car, then on foot or horse to the Dragon Pool. Evening enjoy the Naxi Classical Show.
Day3 LIJIANG-SHIGU TOWN 47km, sightseeing the First Bend of Yangtze River, then 50km to the TIGER LEAPING GORGE, to WALNUT GROVE walking 17km, 5hrs/along the river. Overnight at the wood??s House /public shower & toilet.
Day4 WALNUT GROVE-DAJU trekking 20km, 5hrs including by boat to cross the river. Overnight at DAJU BRIDGE Hostel/public shower & toilet.
Day5 DAJU-XIAOMI, DI-BAIMAI-HUAHUA DI trekking 30km, 10hrs/Virgin forest, Grassland, Villages of Naxi, Yi, Lisu & Tibetans /Overnight in tents.
Day6 HUAHU, DI-LAOYING, YAN-LIUQING trekking 30km, 6hrs/Caves. Highland Terraced Fields, Taizi Valley (Taizi means ?? Prince ??, it is the highest Mt. In Yunnan, main peak Kagebo 6740 meters, regarded as holy Mt. By Tibetans, it hasn??t yet been conquered till today ) Overnight in tents.
Day7 LIUQING-BAOSHAN STONE CITY trekking 25km, 3hrs/the ruins of King Kublai Khan when crossing the river in early year of 1253, the whole village built with rocks on top of Mt. Stay at river side Hostel /public shower & toilet.
Day8 BAOSHAN-LARU trekking 15km, 4hrs, up hill trek, then by bus 130km to LIJIANG.
Day9 LIJIANG-DALI 200km, visit the Three Pagodas of Chongshen Monastery, Bai Fishing Village and their Traditional Architecture Courtyard at Xizhou Town. enjoy Three Flavours of Tea with Bai??s Performances, the Temple of Goddess of Mercy, Dali Ancient City. Meals with Bai??s Fried Cheese
Day10 DALI-KUNMING by morning flight, visit the ??99 Int??l Horticultural Expo /Permanent Indoor & Outdoor Gardens.
Day11 Leave KUNMING for your next destination after breakfast. REMARKs: half board tour, provide tents, trekking guide & help men for carrying baggages & cooking. |
