Day 1  Arrive in Beijing. Meet the guide and transfer to the hotel. Have a break and your sightseeing begins at visit Yonghegong Lamasery, is located in the northeast of Beijing and covers a space of 660,000 square metres. It looks like an imperial palace with its red walls and yellow roofing tiles. It is the largest Buddhist temple of the Yellow-sect in Beijing and has been completely preserved. Built in 1694 as the residence of Count Yin Zhen, the fourth son of the Emperor Kangxi, it was called "the Palace of Count Yong." After Yin Zhen became the Emperor, he continued to use it as an imperial palace for short stays away from the capital. In 1744, it was converted into a lamasery. Yonghegong is the most renowned Tibetan Buddhist temple in China outside Tibet and holds treasures of both the Han and Tibetan cultures. Temple of Heaven, About 2km southeast of the Forbidden City towers Tian Tan, or the Temple of Heaven, where dynastic rulers in China used to worship the heaven. The temple plus subsidiary buildings and a surrounding garden covers an area five times the size of the Forbidden City. As Chinese emperors called themselves Tianzi, or the son of heaven, they had to cede supremacy to the heaven in terms of abiding. Visit Liulichang.

Day 2 After breakfast, you will make your way to the Great Wall ( Simatai ) where you will have the opportunity to not only see one of the most impressive sections of the Great Wall of China but you will be able to take a walk along it. .

Day 3  Visit Tian??anmen Square, the largest public square in the world. Dominating the north side of the square is the massive red Tian??anmen Gate through which you will pass into the fabled Forbidden City and another age, where you will be shown the home to the members of the royal family and their court in China??s Ming and Qing Dynasties. Forbidden City, lying at the center of Beijing, the Forbidden City, called Gu Gong, in Chinese, was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now known as the Palace Museum, it is to the north of Tiananmen Square. Rectangular in shape, it is the world??s largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. Surrounded by a six meter deep moat and a ten meter high wall are 9,999 buildings. The wall has a gate on each side. Visit Summer Palace, walking in this veritable museum of classical Chinese garden architecture that the royal family could relax away from the formal ceremony of the court is quite a pleasant experience. There are a number of pavilions as well as the Long Corridor that is now a popular place for people to spend the day on. Yuanmingyuan, or Garden of Perfect Splendor is located in the northwest of Beijing, close to the Summer Palace. The park is also called the Old Summer Palace. The construction of the garden was started in 1707 during the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. It had been expanded in the next 150 years to become the largest and most magnificent emperial garden in the world. Yuanmingyuan was unique in that it was not only based on traditional Chinese gardening arts, the Western techniques and styles were also integrated into it.

Day 4 Take flight to Xi??an. Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The square, seven-storey pagoda was built in 652 AD and is a fine example of Tang Dynasty Buddhist architecture. Visit the the ancient Xi??an City Wall from the 14th century and the Chinese Moslem Mosque.

Day 5 Visit the Terracotta Warriors Museum. The thousands of life size soldiers and horses were created to guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi, the first Emperor to unite China under his firm rule. The royal tomb itself has yet to be opened but the rank upon rank of Warriors is a sight that is unrivalled anywhere in the world. If have time, visit local market. Huaqing Hot Spring, situated at the northern foot of Mt. Lishan in Lintong County, 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) from Xian City, Huaqing Hot Spring is famed for both its dainty spring scenery and the romantic love story of Emperor Xuanzong (685-762) and his concubine Yang Guifei in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). Its long history and location among the wonderful landscapes of Xian should entice any visitor to visit and bathe in this hot spring.

Day 6 Take flight  from Xi??an to Kunming. Arrive in Kunming, meet the local guide and visit Stone Forest. A typical Karst formation, the Stone Forest covers an area of more than three hundred square kilometres. Scientific research has shown that what is now the Stone Forest was 270 million years ago an immense expanse of water with a vast stretch of limestone sediment formed over the years on the seafloor. As a result of the crustal movement, the seabed rose gradually and a large piece of land thus came into being. Exposed to rains and winds, eroded by the elements, the strange-looking limestone ranges were shaped by time. About 200 million years ago numerous stone peaks, pillars, and stalagmites rose abruptly from the ground and towered into the sky, extending now as far as the eye can see, looking like a vast forest of stone, hence the name "the Stone Forest".

Day 7  In the morning take flight to Zhongdian. Visit Songzanlin Tibetan Buddhism Monastery, which is 5 km from the seat of Shangri-la County. Construction began in 1679 and was completed in 1681. It is said that the Fifth Dalai Lama chose the site of the monastery through divination and named it "Gedan Songzanlin Monastery". In 1724, during the reign of Emperor Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty, the monastery was renamed the "Guihua Monastery". During its time of greatest prosperity, there were more than 3,000 monks in the temple, now there are still 700 monks inside. Visit Shuduhu Lake (natural reserve area). In the evening visit Tibetan family??s house and enjoy the folk singing and dancing performed by Tibetan people. Visit Local market and Old town of Zhondian.

Day 8  Drive and visit White Water Terrace, the three - square - kilometer Baishui Terrace lies snugly on a mountain slope 2,380 meters above sea level in Baidi Village, Sanba Township, 101 km southeast of the seat of Zhongdian County. The variegated karst landform of the tableland is an outcome of the continuous piling up of Tosco (calcite sediments), resulting from the disintegration of calcium bicarbonate contained in the water. Visit Tibetan Villages on the way.

Day 9  Drive to Lijiang, visit Tiger Leaping Gorge on the way, which is believed to be the deepest gorge in the world. From the top of the gorge you look down the steeply angled ( 70-90 degrees ) mountain sides to the rushing Golden Sands ( Jingsha ) River with its 18 frothing rapids more than 200 meters (about 700 feet) below.

Day 10 Visit Black Dragon Pool ( Jade Pool Park ) is located in the north of Lijiang Town at the foot of the Elephant Mountain, and is commonly known by the name "Black Dragon Pool". Mirroring in the immaculate spring water of the pool are the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain peaks and the Elephant Mountain, presenting a picturesque scene. The pool is embraced on all sides by verdant willow trees, carpet-like meadows and flourishing ancient trees. Amidst the green trees and blooming flowers, there pop up luxuriously painted pavilions. The pool is praised as a piece of precious jade on the northwest Yunnan plateau, and Dongba Culture Insistute. Lijiang Old Town, which is one of the best-preserved ancient towns of the minority ethnic people of China. Lijiang old town belongs to the World Culture Heritage of UNESCO. In the Dongba Museum, you can see the pictograph that was developed by the Naxi Nationality 1,000 years ago. This pictograph is still used today. Then a local expert will take you first to the ancient city of Lijiang where you can admire the beautiful wooden houses and water systems.

Day 11 Drive to Dali, which is regarded as "the Oriental Switzerland" or "Chinese Geneva". Visit ShibaoShan ( Stone Temple ) on the way. Visit Three Pagodas which known as the Chongsheng Santa and situated on top of the ruins of Chongsheng Monastery, the Three Pagodas lie one kilometer northwest of Dali and located on the slope of Mount Cangshan.

Day 12  Visit Xizhou Bai Nationality village with the typical Bai house building. Visit morning market. Then cruise on the Erhai Lake, which is 280 square kilometers in size and dotted with fishing boats, after that ends the tour with 1100 years old Three Pagodas in the daytime. Visit Dali Old City.

Day 13  Drive to Kunming, then drive to Jianshui with the Guide for 3 hours by car. Visit the landmark of Jianshui, 400 years old Chaoyang Tower , which looks like Tian An Meng but even elder than it. The small city Jianshui is the cultural center of southern Yunnan province. In the past, the people of this city became very rich due to the natural deposits of tin. So now, you could see many old private houses with typical Chinese architecture style in the city. You will have a chance to visit one of them - Zhu??s Family Garden which is formed by 250 rooms and 42 courtyards( built 100 years ago), it??s even much bigger and better than the gardens in Suzhou.

Day 14  Visit the second largest Confucian-temple in China and search into 200 old Zhang??s family garden, which is survived from long history and is still in the genuine old style and situation. In the afternoon drive back to KMG.In the evening take flight  to Guilin.

Day 15 After breakfast, take a short drive to join a cruise that will take you on a voyage of discovery along the Li River. The river wends its way through the unique scenery of Karsts (limestone mountains) that have strange and fabulous shapes. Admire the shapes and try to guess their names - Crown Rock, Conch Hill, Jade Lotus Peak and Snow Lion Peak are just a few while enjoying lunch on board. Finally arrive at Yangshuo and check in the best hotel in town named Yangshuo Paradise Resort.

Day 17 Visit the Yuyuan Garden, laid out in the 16th century by a Ming official, this small (2 hectares) garden is a delight of pools, pavilions and rock gardens. Strolling through the bazaar surrounding the garden, you will find lines of stores that sell traditional Chinese arts and crafts. Shanghai Museum has the research departments of Chinese bronze, ceramics, paintings and calligraphy, and artifacts, and a scientific laboratory for preservation of cultural relics, with researchers and associate researchers over fifty in number, visit Chenghuangmiao (Old City of Shanghai). Jade Buddha Temple, in the western part of Shanghai, a very modern and flourishing city, there is a venerable and famous Buddhist temple, Jade Buddha Temple. In 1882, an old temple was built to keep two jade Buddha statues which had been brought from Burma by a monk named Huigen. The temple was destroyed during the revolution that overthrew the Qing Dynasty. Fortunately the jade Buddha statues were saved and a new temple was built on the present site in 1928. It was named the Jade Buddha Temple. Longhua Temple at 2853 Longhua Road is an ancient monastery in the south of Yangtze River. It is a tourist resort famous for an ancient pagoda, an ancient temple, evening bell-striking ceremony and the peach blossoms. The third day of the third lunar month is the day of the temple fair and the fifteenth of the third lunar month pilgrims to the temple, visitors to the temple fair and tourists to admire the peach blossoms awarm the area, and, Longhua with these highlights becomes a place of great hustle and bustle. Drive to Suzhou and transfer to the hotel.

Day 18  Visit the Humble Administrator??s Garden ( Zhouzheng Yuan) is the largest garden in Suzhou, located in the northeastern section of the city, and one of the four most famous classical gardens in China. The garden??s scenery is focused on a central pond with various buildings of pavilions, terraces, chambers, and towers located by the water or on hillocks in a natural, unsophisticated, and appropriate composition. The garden is most representative of Chinese classical gardens in the Ming Dynasty. It was laid out in 1513 by the censor, Wang Xiancheng, after his retirement from political life. He named the garden after an essay by Pan Yue of Jing Era, "On Idle Living,"; "Building house and planting trees, watering garden and growing vegetables are the affairs (Zheng) of humble (Zhuo) people." After his death, his son gambled away the garden. Visit the Garden of the Master of the Net, cruise on the Ancient Canal. Drive back to Shanghai, take flight to Tunxi. Meet the local guide and transfer to the hotel.

Day 19  Visit Shexian county is famous as the "the Town of Arches" and has thousands of arches scattered around. It is the best place to explore the social culture in China??s feudal society. Visit Yixian, Xidi, Nanping, Hongcun village,etc.

Day 21 Cruise on the West Lake, "Ripping water shimmering on sunny day, Misty mountains shrouded the rain; Plain or gaily decked out like Xizi; West Lake is always alluring.?? These are the words composed by the famous Song Dynasty poet Su Dongpo (960-1127) when he compared the West Lake to Xi Zi, the most beautiful woman in ancient China. These poetic sentiments leave one in no doubt of the glory of the scenery that inspired them. Visit Six Harmony Pagoda, first built in 970AD during the Northern Song Dynasty (960 - 1127), the Six Harmony Pagoda represents the six Buddhist ordinances, harmonies of heaven, earth, north, south, west, and east. From top of the pagoda there is and impressive view of the Qiantang River. Visit Tea Garden. In the afternoon drive back to Shanghai and transfer to the Hotel.
