| Day 1 Arrive Gyalthang. Rest & relax. |

| Day 2 In the morning, visit the SongZanLing Monastery. Afternoon travel to QianHu Shan (10km). Trek 2 hours (option on horseback at own cost) accompanied by local guide, a helper and horses to carry your supply. Overnight you will camp, surrounded by yaks, high mountains & lakes, old-growth forests and rhododendron woods. |

| Day 3 Continue your hike 4/5hrs in QianHu Shan Region. Overnight you will camp, surrounded by yaks, high mountains & lakes, old-growth forests and rhododendron woods. |

| Day 4 Today, we will descend to HePing Village. |

| Day 5 In the early morning we will head towards the High Pass at LiHai (3800 m) for camping. Under the star-covered Tibetan sky, we camp outside in our tents and listen to the sound of nature before falling asleep. Next day, continue the trek to HaBa Village. |
