| Day 1 After arriving in Kunming "the Spring City", you will then check into the hotel. Your sightseeing begins at the Bamboo Temple. The evening ends with an overnight stay in Kunming. |

| Day 2 Sightseeing includes the Stone Forest, which is one of the great natural wonders of China. This Stone Forest is the largest in the world. You will then enjoy Yiliang duck and famous Yunnan tea in a traditional restaurant. |

| Day 3 After the breakfast you will then drive for 5 hours to Zhongdian (Shangri-la), which is the gateway to Tibet. There you will experience authentic Tibetan culture in this mountainous region. On the way you will visit the Tiger-leaping-gorge on the Yangtze River. Then you will visit Shigu village that lies on the First Bend of the Yangtze River. In the evening you will enjoy Tibetan folk dancing and singing at a Tibetan family. |

| Day 4 After the breakfast you will then drive for 5 hours to Zhongdian (Shangri-la), which is the gateway to Tibet. There you will experience authentic Tibetan culture in this mountainous region. | Day 5 In the morning you will visit the 300 years old Songzanlin Monastery, where the Yellow Hat School of Tibetan Buddhism is practiced. Also you will visit Shudu Lake. Make use of this chance to visit a Tibetan family on the way, and experience the real rural life of the local people. You will then return to Lijiang. |

| Day 6 Today??s journey takes you to the 3,400 meter high Yunshan Meadow, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountains (cable car trip) which is 5,596 meters above sea level and the Baisha village with it??s frescos from the Qing Dynasty. You will then drive to Dali via the highway. Upon arrival Dali, you will then check into the hotel. |

| Day 7 The tour starts with a boat ride in Erhai Lake, where you can enjoy the Bai Nationality Three-course-tea and folk dance. Special Bai food such as sour and spicy fish will be served during lunch. The rest of the afternoon will be free for you to discover the old town of Dali and its colorful markets. |

| Day 8 Take MU5952 1055/1125 fly to kunming. Drive 3 hours to Jianshui by car. On the way , you will visit a Mongolian Nationality village in Tonghai, in which all the inhabitants are the descendents of the Mongolian conqueror-Kublai Khan. |

| Day 9 After breakfast you will visit the 400 years old Chaoyang Tower. The small city Jianshui is the cultural center of southern Yunnan province. In the past, the people of this city became very rich due to the natural deposits of tin. So now, you can see many private houses with typical chinese architecture style in the city. You will have a chance to visit one of them - Zhu Family Garden which is formed by 250 rooms and 42 courtyards, It??s even much better than the gardens in Suzhou. You can also visit the second largest Confucian-temple in China. |

| Day 10 Drive to Yuanyang, and experience one of the high points of the trip. Get up early in the morning to see the beautiful cloud sea on the way and the first wonder in the world--endless terraced rice fields on the mountain, made by local people thousands of years ago. Then Drive back to Jianshui. |

| Day 11 After breakfast drive back to Kunming.Your sightseeing begins in the Western Hills and the Dragon-gate.Then you will take a stroll through the Bird and Flower Market in the old part of the city. |
