| Day 1 Arrive in Kunming, meet the local guide and transfer to the hotel. |

| Day 2 Flight for Dali in the morning. Visit of the old city which knew to keep the seal of its glory passed, and of three pagodas located on the close hills. Small walk of warming-up to go to the monastery of Zhonghe. |

| Day 3 Discovered lake Erhai, blotted with the hollow of the mountains of Cang Shan, and with the flowered banks of camellias and azaleas. Trot alveoli on this imposing site which received the name of "floating money Mountains on the Jade lake". Excursion in boat to admire the small temples set up on the islands and the villages of fishermen. Return To Dali. |

| Day 4 Departure drank some for Xizhou, military antique fortress of the kingdom of Nanzhao. Discovered typical architecture of the Bai minority with its traditional houses. Visit market. Transfer to the hills of Shibaoshan (5h of road). |

| Day 5 Go through the red sandstone hills. Discovered upstart engravings and sculptures of the temples of Shizhong, dating from the dynasties Tang and Song. A staircase of thousand steps carries out to the suspended temple of Baoxiang decorated with a small cascade and of some houses. Transfer to Quiaotou (3h of road). |

| Day 6 Departure with foot of Quiaotou (1700 m) for 2 days of trek in the throats of the "Jump of the Tiger", deepest of the world, on the course of Yangtze Kiang. Impressive landscapes follow one another above unchained water of the "River Gold Sands". Go on scarps paths offering of remarkable panoramas on the close mountains and valleys. Arrival at the village of Half Way, after a small collar (2640 m). |

| Day 7 Continuation of the trek while passing under a cascade before joining the village of the "Garden of Nuts". Way escarps until the second "Jump of the Tiger" to admire the power of Yangtze. Short transfer drank some for the village of Haba. Last walk for Daju after having crossed the river on a vat.

| Day 8 Track for the village of Guole (2140 m, 3h of road). Very beautiful landscapes scarps with a typical habitat. Way through the terrace cultivation to gain the splendid village of Alawu which overhangs Yangtze. |

| Day 9 Path balcony to the village of Baoshan, perched on a giant rock in the heart of a deep valley surrounded of rice plantations in terraces. Afternoon devoted to the visit of this place in charge of history ( the village is 800 years old ). |

| Day 10 Continuation towards Liuqing through superb landscapes. The throats of Yangtse dissimulate small villages of the Naxi minority set up on terraces. Passage under two tunnels dug with the hand (maximum altitude of 2420m) before an easy descent on the village of Liuqing. |

| Day 11 Very beautiful path balcony which walks on through several villages on right bank of Yangtze. Descent supported to the vat (1520 m) which will enable us to pass on left bank of the river. Arrival at the village of Laboratory. |

| Day 12 The village of Laboratory is particularly well located to make one day of halt in the medium of the minorities Naxi and Mosuo. Program according to the activities being held in this rich person zone of cultivated terraces. |

| Day 13 Regular rise in the medium of the villages and the cultivated fields. The sight on the deep valley of Yangtze is imposing and one sees since a small collar (2800 m) a great part of the route which one has just made. |

| Day 14 Last day of trek in the virgin forests to a collar decorated with flags with prayers located at 3500 m (Pass). Descent to rejoin Yongning and take the bus for the Lake Lugu. |

| Day 15 Twenty minutes of road to gain the beautiful lake village of Liege. Beautiful walk on banks of the Lake Lugu. Passage to the village of fishermen of Shaoloshui. 3h of road to make the turn of the lake and to return to our guest house in Luoshi. |

| Day 16 6h of road through very varied landscapes: 5 collars between 2800 and 3300 m, many villages populated by the minorities Yi (blazing costumes), crossing of Yangtze on a bridge out of wooden. |

| Day 17 Day of bicycle around Lijiang. The temple of the Jade Summit (13 km), with its three groups of five centuries old buildings, the visit of the very beautiful traditional village of Baisha will precede. On the whole approximately 3h of bicycle and 1h30 of walk. |

| Day 18 Visit of the old city bordered of channels and bridges, with its traditional markets and its labyrinth of paved streets. Passage by the Hill of the Lion to admire a superb pagoda and a pretty sight on the roofs of the city. Visit "Park of the Pond of the Black Dragon" sheltering of splendid houses drowned between crystalline greenery and water. |
