| Day 1 Arrive in Kunming airport, meet the local and transfer you to your hotel. |

Overnight in Lijiang |
| Day 2 Take morning flight to Lijiang. Meet the local guide, visit Black Dragon Pool, to the north of Lijiang derives its name from the waters which sparkle like jade and are as clear as spring water. The entire park is green with grass and shaded by swaying willow trees. Under the Shuocui Bridge, a waterfall creates a constant roar as it cascades downstream. In the Dongba Museum, you can see the pictograph that was developed by the Naxi Nationality 1,000 years ago. This pictograph is still being used today. Then a local expert will take you first to the ancient city of Lijiang where you can admire the beautiful wooden houses and water systems. Then take a visit to Lijiang Ancient Town. |

| Day 3 After breakfast in the hotel visit Lijiang Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, is the southernmost glacier in the Northern Hemisphere. Consisting of 13 peaks, among which Shanzidou is the highest one with an altitude of 5,600 meters (18,360 feet), Jade Dragon Snow Mountain stretches a length of 35 kilometers (22 miles) and a width of 20 kilometers (13 miles). Looking from Lijiang Old Town in the south which is 15 kilometers (nine miles) away, the snow-covered and fog-enlaced mountain resembles a jade dragon lying in the clouds, hence the name Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. A cable car lift will take you to Spruce Lawn, the best place to see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Followed by Baisha Murals, is located in the Baisha Village on the plain north of Lijiang. |

| Day 4 After breakfast in the hotel, then you will begin your trek. Drive from Lijiang to Qiaotou Town ( about 2.5hrs ). Then you will begin the trekking from school of Qiaotou Town. Take the high path to trekking 2 hours. The lunch will be arranged at the Naxi guest house. In the afternoon, take high path to trekking to Tea-horse Guest House. 2.5 hours hiking path is going up and you will finish the 28 bends. You will spend 1.5 hours to trekking go down and flat road. |

| Day 5 After breakfast, walking on the gorge, 5 hours will be spent in the whole day. 2 hours are using for From Tea-horse Guest House to the halfway. It is very easy as road is flat. A simple lunch will be arranged for you at the guest house on the halfway. You will have a short rest at the guest house keep your energy in order to walking head to Tina??s guest house where you will sta. Relax during the walking and enjoy the view. |

| Day 6 After breakfast, you will walk on the gorge. From the Middle Gorge head to Up Gorge, it should take about one hour. Then dive to White Water Terraces. On the way, you will walk on the Haba Village. 2 hours later, you will arrive in the White Water Terraces and you will have lunch at the White Water Terraces Restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the White Water Terraces. Then drive back to Shangri-la. Visit the Tibetan Family on the way back to Shangri-la. |

| Day 7 After breakfast in the hotel, Visit the Bita Lake lies in the east of Shangri-La County of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and is over 3500 meters (about 3828 yards) above sea level. Covering an area of about 159 hectares (around 393 acres) with an average depth of 20 meters (about 22 yards), Bitahai Lake is famous for its limpid water and its beautiful scenery which is set against the mountains and forests surrounding it. Shudu Lake, the nature reserve. In the afternoon visit Napa Grassland is 3270 meters above sea level and covers 660 square kilometers; it is approximately 8 kilometers northwest of Zhongdian town in Yunnan Province. It??s a valley surrounded by mountains on three sides which are covered in snow during winter and spring time. The water melts from the surrounding mountains and another over 10 rivers flow into the lake after zigzagging through grassland. Then take a visit to Songzanlin Monastery, where the Yellow Hat School of Tibetan Buddhism is practiced. |
