Located in Nong'an County, 70 km from the suburbs of Changchun, the pagoda was built in 1023 at the Huanglongfu site. The 44-meter-high pagoda has 13 layers and was made of brick. The body of the pagoda has subdivisions and angular beams. The angular eaves are decorated with lions, dragons and horses with copper bells. It is quite alluring on windy days.
