Located in Yiman Street, Nan'gang District, it is a building with classical European style. First built in 1928, it was taken by police authorities in July 1933. In 1948, it became the Memorial Hall of Martyrs in Northeast China. With a display area of 2,000 square meters, the hall kept 14,000 martyrs' things left behind and revolutionary cultural relics as well as 30,000 items of cultural relics. There displayed the revolutionary deeds of famous martyrs in the War of Resistance to Japanese Aggression such as Yang Jingyu, Li Zhaolin and Zhao Yiman.
