Shenyang Tourism Quality Supervision and Administration Office is the quality supervising and administrating organization under Shenyang Tourism Bureau. Its main responsibilities include:
a. To accept all cases concerning customer's complaints about tourism service quality in an all-round way and undertake complaint cases assigned from the superior quality supervision office.
b. To accept and handle cases concerning compensation of civic tourism quality security deposit.
c. To take charge of investigation of tourism market and reflect the trends and problems of tourism market.
d. Based on the authorization and assignment of civic travel bureau, to take charge of service quality supervision and investigation work on hotels, travel agencies, tourism vehicle companies, tourism resorts, scenic spots concerning foreign affairs, and to impose punishment on personnel violating tourism administration rules.
e. To conduct on-site quality investigation for tour guides, check the employee's certification of tourism practitioners.
f. To sponsor briefings of the Tourism Quality Supervision Office and provide quality investigation messages for all the tourism units.
g. To complete other tasks assigned by the Civic Tourism Bureau and superior quality super-vision offices.
