From 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, there are over 40 pairs of trains running between Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and 9 pairs running between Shenzhen and other nine cities, such as Beijing, Meizhou, Huaihua, Shantou, etc. there are four expressways connecting Shenzhen with Guangzhou, Meizhou, Xiamen and Shantou.
