Day 2 Beijing
This morning you will first visit the historic Tiananmen Square, and then explore the mysteries of the magnificent Forbidden City, home to China’s emperors for over 500 years. In the afternoon, you will visit Beijing
’s ancient Hutongs by rickshaw and see how people have lived in this wonderful city for centuries. In the evening, you will be taken to witness the excitement of traditional Peking Opera. - Tian'anmen Square: It is the largest city square in the world , representing symbol of China's national pride, surrounded by many grand buildings including the Heavenly Gate (entry to the Forbidden City), Museums, government buildings and Chairman Mao's Mausoleum. - The Forbidden City: Built from 1406-1420 during the Ming Dynasty, the Imperial Palace, popularly known as the Forbidden City, was the permanent residence of the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1911). It covers over 720,000 square meters of floor space, with more than 8,700 rooms, surrounded by city wall as high as ten meters and a city moat as wide as 52 meters.
After breakfast, transfer to the must-see in Beijing
– the Great Wall. The guide will accompany you to the most famous section of this man-made wonder, that is the BaDali
ng Section. In this afternoon, continue to visit the Ming Tombs and its Sacred Way. In the evening, you will be taken to one of China's oldest Peking Duck restaurants for a Banquet you will never forget. - the Great Wall( BaDali

ng, as a representative of the Chinese “Great Wall”, was listed in the "World Heritage Certificate" by the United States. - Ming Tombs: The Ming Tombs were opened to the public in 1959. The Ming Tombs, which form a group of mausoleums, are those of 13 emperors in the Ming Dynasty (1368~1644).. The Ming Tombs are characterized by its large size, complete system, and intact preservation. Among the mausoleums, the largest is the Chang Mausoleum while the smallest is the Si Mausoleum, but all of them were built in roughly the same way. You will have the opportunity to visit the Chang Mausoleum. - Sacred Way: Sacred Way is an attractive tree-lined way leading to the Ming Tombs. It is bordered by 12 sets of animal and human statues, and includes the attractive Great Red Gate.
Morning take flight from Bejing to Xi'an. After lunch, you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Jade Gallery. Then take a visit to the ancient Xi'an City Wall (14th century) one of the most important city walls in China, to get a bird’s eye view of this magnificent ancient city, or if you prefer, you can take an electric sightseeing car.

/ Luoyang In the morning you will first visit the incredible life-size Terracotta Warriors. No trip to China is complete without a visit to the Terracotta Warriors. You will then be taken soft seat train from Xi’an to Luoyang. Meet the local guide and transfer to the hotel. escorted to the railway station for your Express train to Luoyang. Upon your arrival at Luoyang, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. --The Terracotta Warriors : The thousands of life size soldiers and horses were created to guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huangdi, the first Emperor to unite China under his firm rule. The royal tomb itself has yet to be opened but the rank upon rank of Warriors is a sight that is unrivalled anywhere in the world.

Shaolin Temple is situated in the beautiful Songshan Mountains, which is only eight miles of Dengfeng and about 50 miles southwest of Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province. Shaolin Temple was established in 495 during the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534).

A rough count shows more than two hundred fifty tomb pagodas of various sizes, making it the biggest pagoda forest in China. The forest stands at the foot of Shaoshi Mountain about half a kilometer west of Shaolin Temple and is composed of pagodas dating from 791 to 1803. Most are stone and brick structures of one to seven storeys, under fifteen meters high--much smaller than pagodas for Buddhist relics--but they all carry the exact year of their construction and many carvings and inscriptions. They are in a variety of styles, but are mainly multi-eaved and pavilion-style. Day 8 Chengdu
Transfer to the famous Wolong Panda Reserve by private vehicle. You will have the opportunity to get a close view of the lovely pandas and learn more about them in Panda Museum than from movies. After that, transfer to Chengdu

to Shanghai. Shanghai This morning you will visit the historic village of Zhujiajiao . In Zhujiajiao, you will walk across Fangsheng Bridge, Beida Street, and the Xi Family Residence. You will feel as though you have stepped back in time and right into a traditional Chinese painting. This village is simply breathtaking and a photographer's delight. After your trip to this beautiful village, you will be driven back to Shanghai. --Zhujiajiao is an ancient water town well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers, the little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. Endowed with another elegant name - 'Pearl Stream' - the little town is the best-preserved among the four ancient towns in Shanghai. Unique old bridges across bubbling streams, small rivers shaded by willow trees, and houses with courtyards attached all transport people who have been living amidst the bustle and hustle of the modern big city to a brand-new world full of antiquity, leisure and tranquillity. It is said that to visit Zhujiajaio without seeing the bridges means that you have not really been to Zhujiajiao at all!
