Situated in the central square of Red Flag Residential District and built in June 1997, it covers an area of 31,000 square meters. 2,600 years ago, a king of the New Babylon ordered many craftsmen to build a magnificent multi-layered terrace, on which were plants, springs and waterfalls. Owing to its extreme elegance and exquisiteness, it was reputed to be one of the seven miracles in the ancient world. The Babylon Park in Harbin was designed with a 3-D plan.
