General Feng Baiju's sculpture is placed on the highest mountain of the granite made Five-finger Mountain Train. The general looks solemn and resolute. On the front side of the pedestal is carved Deng Xiaoping's words "General Feng Baiju" in gold. Behind the sculpture is a pavilion, which comprises three smaller pavilions and a set of covered corridor. On the front lintel of the main pavilion is an inscription by Wang Zhen: "Memorial Pavilion of Feng Baiju"; on the middle wall is carved "Feng Baiju's Life", while on its sides are two pieces of relief. The left one depicts a scene of General Feng Baiju leading the armed revolution of people in Hainan, while the one on the right describes a grand scene of how the armies in Hainan helped the main force of PLA sail across the sea and free Hainan Island. Next to the main pavilion are two corridors. Comments of Feng Baiju by Mao Tsetong, Zhou Enlai and Guo Moruo are inscribed on the walls of the left corridor while comments of the revolution work done at Qiongya by Xu
Xiangqian Nie Rongzhen and Yang Shangkun are on the right corridor.
