Wenfeng Pagoda, located in the southern suburbs of Yangzhou, on the bank of the ancient Canal, was built in 1582. With a post and panel structure, it features an octagonal shape in the flat surface, and is seven stories high.
Looking far into the distance from the top of the pagoda, the temples and halls below seem to be quiet and composed, forming a contrast with the flowing water in the Grand Canal.
